Professional Maintenance Team

Cleaning and laundry service

RC Apartments provides a cleaning service after the end of the guests' stay. This service includes cleaning the bathroom(s), kitchen, and bedroom(s), as well as sweeping and mopping the entire property and removing rubbish. We also offer a cleaning and ironing service for sheets and towels, and the laundry service includes the preparation and presentation of beds and bathrooms for the next reservation.

Setting the optimal price

RC Apartments will update the price daily thanks to our algorithm, which takes into account various variables such as the occupancy rate in the area, competitor prices, visits from potential guests, reservation history from previous years...etc.

Check-In/Check-Out

RC Apartments will be responsible for the delivery and collection of keys and will provide guests with information on the operation of household appliances and tourist information, among other things.
